Reservations

To secure already existing brands, projects, and important stakeholders in the Aleph Zero ecosystem (e.g. the Aleph Zero Foundation) and to prevent impersonations, we have introduced the concept of domain reservations. Reserved names and respective beneficiary addresses are collected manually by the AZERO.ID team.

After being claimed, those domains are free of charge for the first 12 months. After that period, they are subject to the same upcoming demand-based renewal pricing as all other domains.

All reserved domains fall under one of the following categories:

Core-team members
Ambassadors
Aleph Zero Foundation founders
Full-time Aleph Zero community managers
Mainnet validators
Ecosystem projects
Influencers and gatekeepers in the Aleph Zero ecosystem

This list might be non-exhaustive and is subject to change. For now, the AZERO.ID team reserves the right to add or remove reserved domains at any time. In the future, we are aiming to establish a transparent and community-governed process.
